It is famous for its rugged natural beauty and the distinctly powerful Buddhist influence and culture that it possesses. Raw Escapades Camp in Kaza provides comfortable accommodation to visitors. The property has 18 tents with attached bathrooms; each room is provided with basic amenities with the option of using hot or cold water.

Kaza is a peaceful retreat on the Spiti River plains, nestled in a remote region of Himachal Pradesh. Kaza is a dream location, surrounded by towering snow-capped mountains, meandering rivers, bubbling streams, and gorgeous desolate terrain with scattered patches of green. Kaza has several places to visit that guarantee to leave you amazed. The impeccable charm of these places provides you with fulfillment and relaxation.

The largest monastery in the Spiti Valley is this one. It has a legendary past. Original books, holy texts, paintings, murals, and other artifacts will be all around you. You will be transported inside your soul by the vibrations and chanting.

Hikkim is the World’s Highest post office, Komic is the world’s highest village, and Langza has a giant Buddha Statue that overlooks the Key Monastery.

This is a far-flung community located in the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary, which is well-known for its snow leopards and the Chicham Bridge, the World's Highest Bridge.

  • Landmark: Kaza Helipad. 
  • Due to its remote location deep in the Himalayas, the only way to get here is by road. 
  • You could either come here via Shimla or Manali; whichever route you choose; you are in for a scenic journey. 
  • The sight of snow-covered mountains, lush coniferous forests, clear blue rivers, deep gorges and small villages will definitely lift your mood. 
  • Shimla, the capital of the state of Himachal Pradesh, is approximately 430 km from Kaza, and the journey may take about 12 hours. 
  • A more picturesque drive would be from the beautiful hill station of Manali, about 185 km away. 
  • On this journey, you will drive through Atul tunnel and Kunzum pass; they lie at an altitude of over 15000 feet. 
  • A popular tourist attraction near Kaza is the monastery in Tabo, which is at a distance of around 45 km from the former town.

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However -

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  •  If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  •  In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

I acknowledge that this activity is an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to: actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, guides, event officials, event monitors and/or producers of the event; lack of hydration, weather, and/or other natural conditions. I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in this event.I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability (AWRL) form will be used by RAW Escapades, their partners and the sponsors of the event in which I may participate and it will govern my actions and responsibilities at the event.In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: (A) Waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me or my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Raw Escapades, Their partners, and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents, the event sponsors and event volunteers, (B) indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions during this event. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.I understand that at this event or related activities I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and/or assigns.This AWRL shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law.I hereby certify that I have read this document and I understand its content
